Harvesting Our Winter Garden

In the late fall, we planted cabbage, kale, Swiss Chard and Brussel Sprouts.

These Brussel Sprouts were a surprise because I thought we had planted cauliflower.

We had fun removing the winter plants and seeing the big roots. Now it's time for the Spring Garden.
